Why should I make it a practice?

You perform your best when you feel your best! Keeping your body mobile is key to overall health and wellness and your ability to move safely with ease. The easier you move the more efficient you preform! My passion is to assist people in performing their best. FST has many benefits, including reducing aches and pains and working out kinks in your muscles with the goal of getting the tissues back to gliding normally.


why i’m in love with it?

As a dance professional and educator, I have been working with the body and all that it can offer and endure for over 17 years. After years of searching for treatments that could uncover the source of my ‘chronic pains’, I found FST in 2017. I am the first to admit that I was addicted to the temporary pain of some forms of treatment for years, but once I understood that perhaps no pain could offer results I’d never seen before, I was/am hooked. Over the past few years, I have been practicing self-healing through techniques that centre around trapped emotions in your body which compliments one of the principles in FST’s (tuning & reprogramming the nervous system). This has been a critical factor in my speedy recovery and personal leaps in my own personal fitness goals and art form, giving me back and increasing my range of motion, speed, agility, and strength that I had lost or struggled with for years.

As a Certified Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST) from the Stretch to Win Institute (STWI), I will assist your body through specific stretches to improve the mobility of your nerves & increase the flexibility & mobility of your muscles and fascia.
